This 90-minute session is perfect for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, pain, or simply in need of some ‘me’ time.
Led by Dr. Siobhan, a complementary therapist and nutrition advisor with over 14 years of experience, sessions are just €15 each or €40 for three weeks in advance.
