Life can be so busy and hectic every day. Where do you get the time to stop, breathe and relax?

After many years of studying and helping others Dr. Siobhan began to really listen to everyone's upsets and genuine wish that things would change for them. Dr. Siobhan went to a quiet place and really listened to what her mind, body, soul and the Universe were advising.
The Beginning of the exciting answer is this Mindfulness and Meditation group in a very tranquil location on the top of the Dublin mountains with the amazing view. Now you can go to a homely location, sit quietly, Breathe, relax and heal.
Dr. Siobhan is an experienced therapist in many modalities and therapies so Why use Mindfulness and Meditation to help everyone?
